Christopher S. Randall

Christopher S. Randall, Managing Director. Chris joined Triton after 22 years of executive leadership providing complex capital solutions to middle market companies involved in merger and acquisition transactions. His experience provides Triton with a valuable resource with an ability to identify the optimal capital structures and funding sources to meet the wide range of financial requirements of both performing and underperforming companies.

Prior to Triton, Chris was the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of MFC Capital Funding, a national leveraged lending and investing business, which provided over $600 million of senior debt, mezzanine and equity to middle market companies. Chris co-developed and is responsible for the start-up in operations, human resources, facilities, information technologies and general administration. As a member of the Board and Executive Management Committee he was also responsible for the national marketing efforts, underwriting and approval for new and existing investments. Triton was the investment advisor in the creation of MFC Capital, served on its advisory board and held an ownership interest in this business.

Chris completed his Bachelor Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 1989. In 2007, Chris was named as a Finalist for the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in the Midwest. He is also a Trustee and Committee Member for the University of Colorado Foundation supporting all University of Colorado campuses. He has served as a director of several companies and charitable organizations.
